How to Apply for Housing
Requirements for Living in 新加坡六合彩开奖's Residential Community
Any student age 18 or older can apply for campus housing. Students ages 16-17 who are admitted to 新加坡六合彩开奖 may apply for housing, but will require a parent/guardian signature as a part of their Housing Agreement.
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine (9) credits each semester in the fall and spring semesters for undergraduates and three (3) credits each semester for graduate students in order to live on campus. Students moving in during the summer sessions must be registered in three (3) credits over the course of the summer. As the Residence Life community is a scholastic environment, resident students are expected to make academic progress throughout the school year.
Students living on campus are required to comply with Residence Life Immunization Requirements as established by the UA Board of Regents.
At this time, 新加坡六合彩开奖 does not have family housing and cannot accommodate non-student spouses, partners or children. For more information about finding housing off campus in Anchorage, please see the Guide to Living Off-Campus.
Waitlists for Student Housing
The housing application for an upcoming fall semester opens in January and the Residence Life Office tracks application numbers as students apply. Once the number of applications reaches the number of beds available, the application will close and students who are interested in applying for housing after that point can complete an Interest Form to be added to the housing waitlist. As cancellations come in and space opens up, students on the waitlist will be contacted via email with an invitation to submit the housing application and pay the associated fees within a limited amount of time (typically 24-72 hours depending on the time of year - the time will be shorter closer to the start of the semester as we work to offer more students housing as it becomes available). If students contacted about applying do not apply within the given time-frame, their access to the housing application will expire and Residence Life Staff will move on to offer space to the next person on the waitlist. We encourage students on the waitlist to watch their preferred email closely for updates.
There is not a formal deadline to apply for housing, but over the past few years, student housing has filled up by May and we encourage students interested in living on campus to apply early.
Spring Semester Waitlists: Availability of spring semester housing is dependent on how many fall residents will be moving off campus at the end of the semester. An Interest in Spring Housing Form will be available in early October for students to be added to the waitlist.
